Are you looking to grill this summer and eat some fresh corn from your local farmer’s market?  How about making it creamy and cheezy?

Here is a dairy-free recipe that is easy and delicious.

4 whole ears of corn
¼ dairy free “mayo”
¼ cup Sama SPREAD
½ tsp. seafood seasoning
1 tsp. agave
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1. Mix mayo, Sama SPREAD, seafood seasoning, agave and vinegar in bowl. Set aside.
2. Soak corn for 25 minutes in the husks.
3. Pull back husks to base of corn.
4. Rub corn with mixture (any remaining mixture can be added after corn is done).
5. Place husks back over corn.
6. Wrap in foil.
7. Place corn on grill for 10 minutes, then remove foil and grill corn directly on grill. Grill another 10 minutes until husk are slightly black.
Add any extra mixture to corn and ENJOY.
