Dare we say, no child has ever turned away from this delicious all time favorite!

(Serves 4 to 6)
Ingredients:

1 pound of your favorite pasta

1/4 cup of cheddar or smokey Sama SPREAD (or more if you like it extra cheesy)
1/4 cup of unsweetened non-dairy milk, preferably almond
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 medium tomatoes, diced

Directions:
1. Bring water to boil and cook pasta according to directions.
2. Meanwhile, place Sama SPREAD into a sauce pan, add your almond milk, and whisk into a cheeze sauce. You can use as much Sama SPREAD as you’d like, but try to keep the Sama SPREAD to almond milk ratio at about 1:1 for optimal creaminess. Heat until warm and creamy. (This sauce can also be done more quickly in a high speed blender).
3. Sauté garlic in a small frying pan with a teaspoon or so of oil. Once fragrant, add tomatoes and cook down a bit until softened.
4. Combine cheeze sauce, pasta, and garlic/tomato mixture and stir together. Serve warm and Enjoy!
